How to send your $ZKX tokens to KuCoin, Gate.io, and Bitget

Note: $ZKX is a native Ethereum L1 token (ERC-20), bridged to Starknet via the Starkway bridge.

Step 1 - Claim Your $ZKX Tokens

  1. Log in to Your ZKX Account.

  2. Claim your $ZKX tokens.

Step 2 - Choose Your Next Step

  1. After claiming your tokens, you can either stake them or proceed with the withdrawal.

Step 3 - Withdraw Your Tokens

  1. In your ZKX account, click Transfer.

  2. Select $ZKX market from the drop-down menu in the transfer window.

  3. Enter the amount you want to transfer.

  4. Click My Payees and select your L1 address.

Step 4 - Add New Payee (if needed)

  1. Click Add New Payee.

  2. Choose Ethereum Network.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Add an Ethereum L1 wallet of your choice and a name for that address (optional).

Note: Transferring $ZKX from your ZKX Account to a CEX directly may result in a loss of funds. The correct steps for transfer are: ZKX Account -> L1 wallet -> CEX.

  • KuCoin offers a unique $ZKX ERC20 address for your deposits, making it possible to transfer $ZKX directly from a ZKX Account.

Step 5 - Transfer Your $ZKX from L2 to L1

  • Select the newly added L1 wallet address to continue the transfer process.

  • Click Send to confirm the transaction.

  • Depending on the Starknet network, the transfer will be completed after a few hours. You will receive a notification on your ZKX account when it is completed.

Note: The transfer time from L2 to L1 depends on the Starknet network & activity on the blockchain. Higher user volume can lead to network congestion, leading to a longer transfer time.

Step 6 - Finalize Transaction

  1. Once the transaction is complete, you will see a pop-up to complete the transfer on your ZKX account.

  2. Click Complete Transfer and choose Metamask (or any L1 wallet).
