Note: $ZKX is a native Ethereum L1 token (ERC-20), bridged to Starknet via the Starkway bridge.
Step 1 - Claim Your $ZKX Tokens
Log in to Your ZKX Account.
Claim your $ZKX tokens.
Step 2 - Choose Your Next Step
After claiming your tokens, you can either stake them or proceed with the withdrawal.
Step 3 - Withdraw Your Tokens
In your ZKX account, click Transfer
.
Select $ZKX market from the drop-down menu in the transfer window.
Enter the amount you want to transfer.
Click My Payees
and select your L1 address.
Step 4 - Add New Payee (if needed)
Click Add New Payee
.
Choose Ethereum Network
.
Click Continue

Add an Ethereum L1 wallet of your choice and a name for that address (optional).
Note: Transferring $ZKX from your ZKX Account to a CEX directly may result in a loss of funds. The correct steps for transfer are: ZKX Account -> L1 wallet -> CEX

KuCoin offers a unique $ZKX ERC20 address for your deposits, making it possible to transfer $ZKX directly from a ZKX Account.
Step 5 - Transfer Your $ZKX from L2 to L1
Select the newly added L1 wallet address to continue the transfer process.
Click Send
to confirm the transaction.
Depending on the Starknet network, the transfer will be completed after a few hours. You will receive a notification on your ZKX account when it is completed.
Note: The transfer time from L2 to L1 depends on the Starknet network & activity on the blockchain. Higher user volume can lead to network congestion, leading to a longer transfer time.
Step 6 - Finalize Transaction
Once the transaction is complete, you will see a pop-up to complete the transfer on your ZKX account.
Click Complete Transfer
and choose Metamask (or any L1 wallet).
Connect your chosen L1 wallet to complete the transfer.
Click Continue
and sign the transaction in your chosen L1 wallet).
Step 7 - Withdraw Your Tokens
Once your tokens are on L1, you can withdraw them to the following exchanges:
